responsible for the overall direction the corporation and the assurance
of high quality engineering service to the clients. Mr. Saadeh provides
support for projects requiring expertise in geotechnical engineering,
construction materials testing, and inspection services as well as
environmental engineering studies. His responsibilities include
overseeing the preparation of geotechnical engineering studies, design
of shallow and deep foundation systems, soil improvement, soil
stabilization, tunneling, earth slopes, earth embankments, stormwater
management ponds and earth supported, and earth retaining structures.

project management and geotechnical engineering, Mr. Asare-Bediako's
serves as
a vital link on various projects.
His responsibilities
include overseeing geotechnical subsurface
explorations and providing engineering recommendations on
foundation systems, perimeter and under drainage systems, slope
stability, seismic
classification, pavement designs and general earthwork recommendations.
His
project management responsibilities include quality assurance/control
for
various material testing projects. He works with clients,
providing project progress reports and risk assessments to
ensure
that our material
testing projects are completed on schedule and within budget.

Mr. Mendoza has been with
GC&T since 2002. Over these years, he has become very
acquainted with the
specific requirements for both Geotechnical Engineering and
Construction
Materials Testing and Inspection Services on each municipality within
the Washington
Metropolitan Area. Mr. Mendoza has been involved in some
of our most recent successful projects. He has actively participated in
the
design and construction phases of several of the most representative
residential
projects in Eastern Prince William County, Virginia; having worked with
contractors, developers and property owners. Mr.
Mendoza has
also been part of the design and construction team of Safeway
stores in Bethesda
and Olney, Maryland as well
as the Georgetown “Social” Safeway
in the
heart of Washington,
DC.
In addition, he has participated in projects completed
for the Department of Defense,
including the residential development of Fort Belvoir
and the realignment of Purvis Road
in Quantico Marine Corps Base.

Mr. Soliman is
responsible for performing geotechnical studies that include subsurface
investigations and geotechnical reports for state and
local agencies. Mr. Soliman is also responsible for
preparing geotechnical proposals for residential and commercial sites
and assisting in establishing and building business
relationships with external and internal clients. He assists
in
performing computations and analyses on slope stabilities and
settlement calculations.

direction of the Dulles branch. As such, he provides support for
projects requiring expertise in construction materials testing and
inspection services as well as supervises the preparation of
geotechnical engineering and environmental studies. His
duties also include the overall management of our
accredited materials laboratory and the maintenance of certifications.

deep foundation systems, soil improvement, slope stabilization, earth
embankments-dams and stormwater managment facilities. Mr.
Hood's
background and experience include numerous projects in the private
sector including large-scale residential planned communities,
industrial, commercial, retail and office buildings and subdivisions,
as well as public works projects. Mr. Hood is also
responsible
for overseeing and performing environmental studies that include Phase
I, II, and III ESA's.

a Staff Engineer at GC&T, Mr. Triplett is responsible for

geotechnical services to clients in the private and public
sectors. He is responsible for assisting in geotechnical
studies
and structural designs that include analysis and design of gravity,
cantilever and reinforced earth retaining wall designs, structural slab
designs, soil improvement and modification, pavement design, global and
slope stabilization, earth embankments-dams, resistivity testing and
analysis of karst conditions and remediation techniques, lateral earth
pressure and stormwater management facilities recommendations and
design.
