ROJECT NAME:	The Paramount at Reston Town Center
Description	The Paramount at Reston Town Center Project is a seventeen level structure, including two levels below grade and fifteen levels above grade. The structure consists of structural concrete construction supported by a shallow spread footing foundation system. Elevated slabs consist of post-tensioned concrete, and walls are of reinforced concrete construction. The building exterior includes brick, an aluminum curtain wall, and insulated glass windows. Gross floor area of the building is 320,000 square feet.
Project Highlights	GC&T provided a full array of services for the project including: (i)     Environmental Site Assessment; (ii) Geotechnical Engineering Consultation Services; (iii) Construction Materials Testing and Inspection services that included earthwork, reinforcing steel, concrete placement, post-tensioning concrete, and masonry; (iv) Performed testing and inspection in accordance with project specifications and Fairfax County Special Inspection Program.
