PROJECT NAME:

New Bristow Village, Prince William County, VA

Description

Located in Historic Manassas near the site of a critical Civil War battle, the Bristow Village project consists of a 341-acre tract in Prince William County, Virginia.

In order to preserve the historical site, 127 acres were set aside as a permanent battlefield park. The remaining 214 acres supporting 520 homes and a commercial area were designed to suggest a 19th century village. A 33,000 s.f. Recreation Center and pool are also part of the future development.

These family units are wood framed structures that consist of slab on grade foundations.
