Description |
The
Walker Station-Manassas Park project is a residential area developed on 40
acres, consisting of 326 single family homes and 35 town homes. It is located
near the Virginia Railway Express (VRE), local activities, and easy access to
DC and its surroundings. |

GC&T
provided a full array of services for the project including: (i)
Geotechnical Engineering Consultation Services; (ii)
Construction Materials Testing and
Inspection services that included earthwork, reinforcing steel, and concrete
placement; (iii)
Inspection
of caissons and post-tension slab foundations; (iv)
Performed testing and inspection in accordance with project
specifications and Prince William County Special Inspection program. |
