Description |
The Judiciary Place
project consists of a three story office building totaling 45,000 s.f. located near Downtown Manassas. The
project site covers about 2.5 acres and is in close proximity to local
dining, shopping, railway services, and other conveniences. The building
contains a steel structural frame on concrete spread footings, with a brick
and glass veneer. |

Geotechnical Engineering Consultation Services; (ii)
Construction Materials Testing and
Inspection services that included earthwork, reinforcing steel, concrete
placement, post-tensioning concrete masonry, and structural steel inspection (iii)
Performed testing and inspection in accordance with project
specifications and City of Manassas Special Inspection program. |
