Description |
The Harbor Station project consists of several phases in
which 2,500 residential homes will be developed. This housing complex
includes a variety of housing types. The construction also includes an
18-hole Jack Nicklaus signature golf course. There are 157 acres that
are designated to host the town center and two elementary schools. |

Project Highlights |
GC&T
provided a full array of services for the project including: (i)
Geotechnical Engineering Consultation on the residential development; (ii)
Construction Materials Testing and
Inspection services that included earthwork, reinforcing steel, and concrete
placement; (iii)
Designed Mechanically Stabilized Earth (MSE) retaining
walls; (iv)
Designed caissons for slope stability; (v) Performed testing and inspection in
accordance with project specifications and Prince William County Special
Inspection program. |
