Description |
The SpringHill Suites at Washington Dulles Airport is a six level, 158 suite, hotel building comprised of CMU bearing walls with precast concrete slabs supported on spread footings. The hotel is specifically designed with the guest suite and meeting facilities to satisfy the needs of the growing business and residential communities of Loudoun County. |

Project Highlights |
GC&T provided a full array of services for the project including:
(i) Subsurface Investigation;
(ii) Foundation and earthwork recommendations;
(iii) Construction Materials Testing and Inspection services that included concrete, masonry, reinforcing steel, structural steel, earthwork, and EFIS.
