Description |
A 50,000 square foot addition to the existing church is currently being constructed. The addition will contain classrooms, offices, a library, and an 1,100 seat theater. The project also includes 300 additional parking spaces and a deceleration lane on Lee Highway. |

Project Highlights |
GC&T provides the following services for the project:
(i) Testing of foundation bearing, soil compaction, concrete, mortar, grout, and structural steel in accordance with the Fairfax County Special Inspection Program.
(ii) Testing of site work elements such as utility backfill, stone and asphalt for the parking lot and deceleration lane, and concrete for curb and gutter and sidewalks.
(iii) GC&T is representing the church as both Geotechnical Engineer of Record and Special Inspections Engineer of Record.
